Directions
Take 2 capsules with a glass of water 2 times daily. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.
AlphaTest® should taken twice daily. Spread your 2 doses out evenly, roughly 12 hours apart – for many, first thing in the morning and in the evening work best.
