The powerful calming properties of Sweet Orange, Lavender, Marjoram and German Chamomile essential oils have been traditionally used in aromatherapy to assist with the relief of mild insomnia, sleeplessness and the symptoms associated with nervous tension, restlessness, stress, and mild anxiety to help prepare for a restful night's sleep.
Directions
(Adults and children 2 years and over,use as required or up to 6 times a day):
Vaporisation:Add up to 6 drops (0.3mL) to the water in your vaporiser.
Massage: Add 5 drops (0.2mL) to 10mL carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

If you have made a purchase and change your mind we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer while purchased goods must be returned in original condition and unopened. Please contact us if you wish to make a return.

Shipping:
For orders placed and paid for by midday on weekdays, items will be posted that day. For orders placed after this time they will be sent the following day. We use Australia Post as our primary delivery provider using both standard mail and Express options.
