Breastfeeding Support contains the herbs Blessed thistle and Fenugreek. Blessed thistle and Fenugreek have traditionally been used for their galactogogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers, thus improving lactation.
Ingredients
Each tablet contains:

Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) seed extract 1.5g
Cnicus benedictus (Blessed thistle) herb 500mg
Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, corn, soy, tree nut or animal products, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives
