- Provides 320mg of elemental magnesium per serve made up of magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate, organic forms of magnesium that have greater bioavailability than other forms such as magnesium oxide.
- Supports healthy muscle contraction function plus muscle health during and after exercise.
- Relieves muscle cramps and helps reduce the occurrence of muscle cramps when dietary magnesium intake is inadequate.
- Relieves symptoms of premenstrual tension and reduces menstrual cramps and pain.

Directions for use:
Adults - Mix 5g (one level scoop) in 150mL of water or juice, once daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional. Scoop included.
